Screen-free for the child
The child interacts only with the physical device, guided by light signals and vibrations — no distracting screen during the focus session.
CoCreate Pitch 2026 · Europe
Validated product · Ready to scaleADHD Smart Trainer® is a patented, screen-free connected device designed for children and teenagers with ADHD. A parent, caregiver or practitioner answers a few questions on a smartphone, then an original algorithm personalises a progressive 21-day focus protocol for each user. The product is already built, tested and commercialised in France.
See it in action
This short video shows ADHD Smart Trainer® in action and also documents the project receiving 1st Prize at the Groupama Trophées Pro Paris, recognizing this innovative, screen-free, patented approach to neurodivergent focus by Groupama, a leading French mutual insurer.

ADHD affects roughly one child or adolescent in twenty. In France alone, around 600,000 people under 20 are estimated to be affected. Across the EU, this represents an estimated potential population of around 4.5 million children and young people — a sizeable market for a solution designed to scale internationally.
The ≈4.5M EU figure is a prevalence-based estimate intended to show the scale of the potential need, not a count of diagnosed patients or customers.
The challenge
For many families, homework and other focus-intensive activities become a daily cycle of interruptions, repeated reminders, agitation and sometimes conflict. ADHD Smart Trainer changes the logic: instead of demanding long periods of concentration from day one, it progressively trains focus while deliberately integrating structured movement breaks.
The child interacts only with the physical device, guided by light signals and vibrations — no distracting screen during the focus session.
A few answers from the parent, caregiver or practitioner allow the original algorithm to adapt the progressive protocol to each user.
Active breaks are deliberately integrated into concentration training rather than treated as a failure to stay still.
Hardware + software + algorithm
The device guides the child only through light signals and vibrations. The smartphone is used by the parent, caregiver or practitioner to answer a few questions. The product's original algorithm then automatically adapts the 21-day protocol to each individual user.
The first sessions use short focus periods and structured breaks, making the routine accessible rather than intimidating.
The programme progressively increases focus time according to the user's personalised path, moving towards sessions of up to 25 minutes.
Early user testing and feedback indicate homework completed much faster, with less agitation and conflict, greater autonomy and, as a result, a calmer family environment.
Who it is for
The primary buyers are parents of children with ADHD, while the same device and protocol can also be used by occupational therapists and other practitioners, as well as schools and support organisations.
Homework, reading, revision and other activities that require sustained attention — with the goal of reducing reminders, conflict and dependence on adults.
Occupational therapists and other professionals can configure the protocol and use the device as a tangible support for structured attention training.
A screen-free physical tool that can be integrated into supervised work routines wherever progressive focus training is useful.
Competitive differentiation
ADHD Smart Trainer combines a physical screen-free device, an algorithm-personalised progressive protocol, the deliberate integration of movement and active breaks into concentration training, and a programme designed to progressively build user autonomy.
From idea to market
ADHD Smart Trainer is not a concept waiting to be built. It has been prototyped, user-tested, patented, successfully crowdfunded and brought to market in France. After reaching 260% of its Ulule target and generating 78 orders, the product entered commercialisation through our own ecosystem and the Amazon consumer marketplace. The next challenge is scale.
The Ulule campaign generated 78 orders and helped move the product from validation into commercialisation.
The underlying innovation is patented, while ADHD Smart Trainer® is also registered as a French trademark, giving the project a stronger foundation for commercial development.
Structured testing with users has provided product feedback and encouraging signals around homework routines and autonomy.
Following the 260%-funded Ulule campaign and 78 orders, the product entered the French market through our own ecosystem and the Amazon consumer marketplace.
No battery, standard components and a fully repairable architecture support a durable, responsible product model.
Why CoCreate · Why now
Our next phase is to turn initial French market validation into an industrially scalable hardware + software product that can move from a few dozen units to several thousand, then expand across Europe and internationally.
Alibaba's ecosystem can help us identify reliable industrial suppliers, optimise components and manufacturing processes, and prepare the product for significantly larger production volumes while preserving its core strengths: simplicity, reliability and repairability.
IoT designer and entrepreneur. ADHD Smart Trainer® was created from a practical question: how can we make concentration training tangible, motivating and easier to use in everyday family life?
ADHD Smart Trainer® is an attention-training and routine-support tool. It is not presented as a substitute for medical diagnosis, professional care or prescribed treatment.
